RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
At PrivéPolai, we strive to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. However,
we understand that there may be occasions where a return is necessary. This policy
outlines the conditions and process for returns and refunds to ensure transparency and
mutual respect.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate the process,
please contact us via email or through your customer account. Once your request is
approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Items returned
without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition:
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the return approval date
- Returned items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or refunded partially
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives visibly damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of
delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the item.
Claims submitted after this period or without photo documentation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was
damaged or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return
shipping from your address to us.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. If
approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow
several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment
provider.
Return Address
All returns are sent to our internal logistics point in Croatia for initial inspection. The
exact address will be provided upon approval of your return request. Please do not send
any returns without prior confirmation.
Authenticity
All items sold by PrivéPolaï are guaranteed authentic and sourced from verified
suppliers. If you have concerns regarding authenticity, you must notify us within 14 days
of delivery and provide supporting documentation such as a third-party authentication report. False claims may be considered misuse of consumer rights and will be handled accordingly.
