Shipping to Croatia
Privé Polaï currently accepts orders for delivery exclusively to addresses in Croatia. Products are dispatched from our partner suppliers' warehouses.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are normally processed on business days. Estimated standard delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on stock and logistics. This is an estimate; we will notify you of significant delays. Tracking details will be sent when available.
Shipping charges
The current shipping charge is displayed in the cart and at checkout, before you place your order. Shipping to Croatia is currently configured as free in the store; any future charge will be shown before purchase.
Delivery problems
If an item is damaged, incorrect or a delivery issue occurs, please contact info@privepolai.com as soon as possible. Photos of the product and packaging can help us investigate, but reporting or submitting photos within 48 hours is not a condition for exercising statutory consumer rights.
